We recommend that customers purchase shipping insurance to protect against loss or damage during transit. FREEGO is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs once the product leaves our facility. However, FREEGO will assist customers in filing a claim with the shipping company to seek compensation for any issues that arise during shipping.
