Shipping Policy
At Freego, we value every customer, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We do our best to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
We offer shipping through local carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or DHL. Taxes may apply at checkout based on your shipping address and local tax regulations.
SHIPPING TIME & FEES
Orders are shipped from U.S. local warehouses when inventory is available. For products that are not currently in stock, the estimated arrival or shipping time will be displayed on the product page. If you have any questions, please contact us before placing your order.
In-stock orders typically ship within 1–3 business days. After shipment, please allow 3–8 business days for your order to arrive. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date shown on the product page.
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped.
For some regions, due to geographical location and local shipping policies, shipping availability may vary. Please refer to the following information:

* If you are located in an undeliverable region but would still like to purchase our e-bike, please contact us before placing your order and provide a pickup address within the continental United States. We will be happy to assist you.

SHIPPING CHANGES
Before Shipping
| Order cancellation | If you cancel the order within 2 hours of placing it, no processing fee will be charged. |
| Model exchange | If you ordered the wrong model and need to place a new order, the original order will not be charged a processing fee after the new order is received. |
| Change of address | No fee will be charged if the order has not shipped yet. |
After Shipping
| Order cancellation | If your order has already shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package. A 10% cancellation fee will be charged, and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150. Please contact us for the return address: Support@Freegobikes.com |

Model exchange |
If your package is still unopened and you want to exchange it for a different model, you may reject the package. 10% of the item cost will be charged as a reshipping fee. Any price difference between models must be paid before the replacement order is processed. |

Change of address |
Please contact us first. Freego will provide the tracking number and carrier contact information. You are responsible for contacting the carrier directly, and any additional cost will be borne by you. |
ORDER TRACKING
You can track your order and shipping information through your account if you have registered on Freegobikes.com. If you haven't registered, you can also track your order using your order number.
For more shipping information, please email us at support@freegobikes.com. We will get back to you within 24 hours on business days.
If you have not received your bike but the tracking information shows that the package has been delivered, please contact us within 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 business days, we may no longer be able to handle this issue directly, and customers will need to contact the corresponding shipping carrier for further assistance.
Kindly Notes:
1. Shipping times may be affected by customs clearance, public holidays, weather, carrier delays, or other factors outside of our control. If you have not received your package within the estimated delivery time, please contact us for help.
2. Shipping times may be affected during public holidays, as manufacturers and carriers may limit their operations. Normal service usually resumes after each holiday.
3. It may take a few days for the tracking number to become active in the carrier’s system. If the tracking information has not appeared on the carrier’s website, please try again later.
4. All estimated delivery times are based on past order data and are provided for reference only.
5. Please note that Freego is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items caused by the actions or inactions of FedEx, UPS, DHL, or any other shipping carrier after shipment or delivery.
