At Freego, we value every customer, and customer satisfaction is our top priority. We are doing our best to expedite the process so your package arrives as quickly as possible. Your patience will be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your understanding.

We offer local UPS, FedEx, or DHL shipping. Free shipping, no tax is required.

SHIPPING TIME

Shipping from US local warehouses.

For products that are not in stock, we will display the arrival time on the product page, if you have any questions, please contact us.

In-stock orders typically ship within 1-3 business days. Please allow 3~8 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. For pre-orders, please refer to the shipping date on the product page.

A shipping confirmation email will be sent to your email once the order has shipped.

For some regions, due to geographical location and local shipping policies, we will charge some transportation costs. For specific transportation time and costs, please refer to the following:

* Please understand that due to shipping policy, we cannot ship our e-bikes to Hawaii, Puerto Rico and other islands, if you like our e-bikes very much, please contact us and provide a pickup address in the continental United States, and we will be happy to help you send.

SHIPPING CHANGES

Before Shipping

Order cancellation  If you cancel the order that was placed in 2 hours, the processing fee will not be charged.
Replacements and exchanges If a customer ordered the wrong model and wants to place a new order, after the second order is received, the original order will not be charged any processing fee.
Change of address No charge fee.

After Shipping

Order cancellation  If your order is shipped and cannot be modified, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a cancellation fee. The customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150, Please contact us for the return address: info@Freegousa.com
Change of address Please contact us, Freego will provide the shipping number and carrier phone number, please contact the carrier by yourself, and the cost incurred shall be borne by the customer.
Replacements and exchanges

A) If you successfully exchange the item, $20 will be charged as a processing fee.

B) If you fail to change, you may reject the package and 10% of the item cost will be charged as a reshipping fee.

C) If you want to cancel the order, 10% of the item cost will be charged as the processing fees and the customer is also responsible for the return shipping cost of $150.

ORDER TRACKING

You can track your order and shipping & handling information on your account if you have registered one on Freegousa.com. If you haven't registered on our site, you can also track your order here with your order number. For more shipping information, send an email to info@Freegousa.com. We will get back to you in 24 hours.

If you haven't received the bike, however, the logistics order shows the goods have been signed. In this situation, please contact us in 3 business days. Otherwise, after 3 working days, we will no longer deal with this issue, and customers need to contact the corresponding logistics company to solve this issue.

Kindly Notes:

1. Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly contact us for help.

2. Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

3. It can take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.

4. All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from past data collected from past orders. They are approximate times for reference only.

5. Please note we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items due to the actions or inactions of FedEx or any other parcel service.
