I'd highly recommend. Brakes are def a step above the ebikes in the $1000-$2000 range. The suspension is really good too. I like the flexibility of mode 2 and 3, especially when riding with my two younger sons. The bike has plenty of power and battery range.

Wow, what can I say about this e-bike and company! First of all, I bought my son this e-bike and he’s been loving it since day 1, now it’s modded and he does wheelies all day on his X2, this was his first serious E bike that was a cheaper alternative to a surron and this thing keeps up with all of them! When we did run into problems with the bike, we worked with “Chris” from Freego and this guy goes above and beyond to solve our problems with warranty issues, this guy really cares about the consumers safety and will figure out a remedy to your problem! Don’t know why others rate their customer service so low, we only have good things to say about their awesome service !! Keep up the great work Chris and hope to work with you again!

I had originally ordered the X2 Pro in dark gray, not realizing it wouldn’t ship until September. When I reached out, the team responded immediately with a solution—offering to send me the red model instead and ship it out the same night! Their responsiveness, kindness, and flexibility completely exceeded my expectations.

Chris was phenomenal and even went out of his way to ensure my blue colored helmet exchange was taken care of so everything matched and worked just right. Who does that anymore?! I've had this bike for not even a week and it has been so fun! I'm able to keep up with my friends on Surron's and Talaria's, even in front of them sometimes. I'm also able to hit crazy jumps with the sturdy material and great suspension. It did worry me a bit when the battery, shock, etc didn't come in the small box until the next day but other than that the bike has been great.
